very bad services.

i took a contract with Telkom in October 2016 which was a 2 years contract when the contract came to an in September 2018 they did not allow me to cancel the contract their reason was that i renewed the contract in February 2018 which i know nothing about when i asked them what i took they kept coming with many explanations they eneded up asking me to submit affidavit and a certified ID copy i did that but they did not do anything about it now i just discovered that the account is listed on Transunion as a defaults.
