Very bad services at Telkom Kollenade!!!

Can you believe I app**** for a contract at Telkom on Saturday? When I got there they were told they were offline. I have to fill out the forms and they will contact me. Saturday call them and ask for the necessary documents. When I contact them now, the lady tells me she can only tell me how far the approval is when I enter. Where is our country going ???
