Very bad services

Firstly i was up grading my contract and they decided to close my sim card. and i loged in a call on the 12.09.17 and i did tell them that my altenative number is my office land line number and am only available on it from 8 until 4 but no they decided to call me after work and on weekend !!!! Really. It's been three weeks now without a working network. i have lost businesss because of this.
