Very bad service where is my data

You are causing me huge financial loss 14 calls later you say my case is resolved. I loaded 80 gigs data and myself and the agent did a recon only 49 gigs were used yet you choose to close my case no call or sms everytime I call this being escalated. I need urgent feedback else I go to the media. I want my missing data back asap before tomorrow
