VERY BAD SERVICE TELKOM

We were on a uncapped 10MB adsl line with Telkom, but in January the lines were ****** and would not be replaced so we were offered LTE 10MB uncapped until fiber is availabile in our area, apparently this is the fastest available!!( there is fiber available from other service providers) however unlike the older adsl package we are throttled within the first week (our usage has not changed) from a 10MB we start with about 5 or 6MB and end with about 0.7 to 1.2MB and out existing emails that we had for about 18 years has now fallen away and we had to re-order them as stand alone emails, which has so far taken two weeks of mailing and calling with no answer or solution. Not to mention that we battled for months to sort out the billing as we were billed for old services as well as new. Really very disappointing having to deal with Telkom lately, was never like this in the beginning but there service has really gone down badly.
