Very bad service on new LTE contract

Recieved my package on Monday. The courier told me he would activate it and it would be on the next day. in brief-3 consultants later and told that its acceptable to take longer than 6 days for RICA and that i need to be patient. basically i need to leave the modem on and one day it will show that its active-what kind of ******* is this.

worst service as usual and they honestly dont give a damn. everytime its wait 72 hours and it will be activated but when no one can say
