Very bad service of Telkom - Forest Hill

I have contract with telkom over 3 years and now when i went to change, they says there is penalty of 4000 as i taken laptop with a contract where it was only a sim contract, the guy at forest hill was very rude, he shakes his head as soon as he sees me and i asked for supervisor but no one was there to assist me. They lodge dispute case and said it will resolved in 3 days and they will call me but its pathetic as no call received or issue resolved. Stay away from telkom -- USLESS
