Very Bad service no accountability 😡😡

Telkom has got to be the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Took out a contract online there were two contacts I was being billed, opened a ***** case it took months and months to be resolved. Till today still the matter is not resolved to my satisfaction I am being billed more than what I should pay, there’s no accountability or resolution, their consultants leave your on the other side of the call pretending to help till you hang up the phone.. I’m very disgusted on how clients are treated and really regret the day I took out that contract..
