VERY BAD SERVICE - LOOKING FOR ALTERNATIVE

I own a business and my landline and internet are constantly down!!! This time it has been almost 2 weeks again. No one at Telkom can assist. They keep saying that the query has been resolved and it has not!!! They have not even yet sent out a technician and there is never a manager or supervisor to talk to when I call. <br> <br> I am extremely disgusted by this lack of service and lack of regard for how my business is suffering as a result. I am so disappointed!
