Very bad service, horrible service that's changing my life

Good morning,

My name is Luan Du Preez ID ***, I've been calling Telkom for assistance and stating that I was placed on a wrong package and that I wasnot placed on what was signed for. I was caught with a one month free package to try out, back at the ranch, no free month!

Please can you check all this as the amount outstanding is not what I was expecting due to me not receiving a free month. Now this has a ripple effect on my life, I was offered a job and now I can't start my new job and remain unemployed due to you putting me on ITC for a wrong package that I was place on. I'm the bread winner, I have a mom and three kids that I take care off.

SOMEONE DID NOT DO THEIR JOB RIGHT. if you can just sort this out now, today still, then I can go back to the company that wants to employ me, as I have asked long ago to sort this out and no one assisted me.

I did ask your call center agents to assist with this but yet none of them helped me, they kept on saying that they will sort it out, up until now it's not sorted.

Please, if you have a heart and you know in South Africa, jobs are scares, not to be employed at a company that already confirmed I'm the right candidate, you stopping me from being employed.... This is a serious matter, very serious. Please let me know, by close of business as I have to advise the recruitment team today.

I contacted the sales department even though it didn't make sense, I spoke to Devin Naidoo in the sales department, said noooo, she was not supposed to refer you here because it's a billing query not a sales query and I had to be sent from Pilar to post again. Please can someone assist me as I need to get this sorted immediately. Your service, you can't even call this service.... Someone must loose an opportunity to be employed just because someone never did their job... This is not on!!!? Luan Du Preez ***
