Very bad service from Telkom

Telkom in Springs Mall service is so poor that you stand in lines for hours and do not receive any service.

I was standing in line for 45 minutes and in that time Telkom personel only serve three cluents. There is only three people working so the turn around time per customer is 45 minutes per customer. Also when there is loadshedding the shop closes as there is no backup to continue with service to clients.
