VERY BAD service from telkom

Telkom has the worst people handling there clients accounts as if they don't know how to do there proper calculations. Your query has been resolved you received your credit,taken the payment out of your bank account and then the last corrected amount must be deducted again at end of this month,then revert back to your normal premium again. But now some stupid someone hasn't corrected the system now I get charged all over again from scratch for the same query which I have been struggling since feb 2020.The only telkom store that aided me in getting this right is the cradlestone mall branch very friendly but those that work in wherever accounts are useless. Now I must go and fight once for 3 months to get my ccount back on track. Time consuming and travelling expense every Time.i would not recommend telkom to anyone anymore because they are *********** and always smooth talker but don't ever solve your your issues ,quick to take but will not give your funds back.
