Very bad service from Telkom

I just can’t believe the unprofessional service from Telkom. 300 lines was ******, after a month Telkom got new lines....but now we wait for a person in Telkom to make sure the lines are in good order....I think it might take 2 months and then the actual installation might take another 2-4 months....I am so disappointed with service delivery from Telkom !
