Very Bad Service from TELKOM

Does Telkom ever comes back to their clients? They keep on billing me on an huge amount every month that was not even confirmed. It has been months now that i have been trying to get hold of them either on the phone / email and even went to the branches without any success. How can you work with a company like that? I don't know what to do anymore and can not afford the amount being deducted each month.
