VERY BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM
THE LACK OF SERVICE FROM TELKOM IS REALLY GETTING TO ME AND IS PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST!! I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CANCELLING MY TELKOM ACCOUNT AS I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS VERY BAD SERVICE DELIVERY. THIS MORNING I WAITED ON THE LINE FOR MORE THAN 30MINS DUE TO HIGH CALL VOLUMES AND BEING PUT TO 5 DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME... THE STAFF AT TELKOM DO NOT HAVE THE FOGGIEST CLUE TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!1 I DONT SUGGEST PEOPLE GO WITH TELKOM.. PLEASE TRY NEOTEL OR OTHER TELECOM COMPANIES AND AVOID USING TELKOM AS A SERVICE PROVIDER!!!
