VERY BAD SERVICE FROM RETENTION DEPT.

We have cancelled our Telkom line in 2016. Telkom has acknowledged receipt of this. Since then we've received a bill every month and now they want to sue us for non-payment! I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH TELKOM! We have since paid the invoice, but NO RESPONSE or acknowledgment. Their attorneys (Debt Collection) was also VERY rude on the phone. STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM!!!!!!!!!
