VERY bad service for a potential customer

I send a request to Telkom mobile last week Monday because i was interested in getting their Huawei P10, I got a call from a lady called Samkelisiwe and we did a pre-approval which i got approved . Then i asked her to call me during my lunch time so we can complete the process but she only called me later in the day. I then asked her to call me the next day during my lunch. Till this day haven't heard from her. I then sent another request yesterday I spoke to Slindile who promised me that Samkelisiwe will call me to finish off the process. Still nothing till today.

What a let down!
