Very bad service

Reference number 7CTK030720 Service has been interrupted from 2020/07/02 Working from home. Today its a week without internet, no lamdline services. I used up all my airtime to keep phoning requesting them to come and fix the peoblem with avail. Had to put in leave for the week. Wasting my leave because they cannot delivery any services.
