Very bad service by Telkom .

Account number *** .. I signed for a R399 promo deal and to my surprise I am billed R 449.00 . Several attempts to get this rectified have been unsuccessful .I have been pushed from pillar to post and everyone gives or advise of which options to choose and I was not assisted on any of those departments I was put through .
