Very bad service.

I am trying to cancel my ADSL and my landline since the 4th of November 2020, The cancellation documents and copy of my ID was sent to 2 different e-mail addresses, 14 times !!! that was given to me, now in July 2021 the service is canceled !! But I am billed up to July 2021 for service ? Received a SMS yesterday to sent the documents again but no e-mail address supp**** ! Very very bad service will not support them ever again. Francois E
