Very bad service.

I got a contract for my son about 15years ago when he was still studying. 9 years ago I cancelled it the first time. Since then I have been cancelling it yearly, with no luck. The debit order just keeps on going off on my bank account. December I phoned them again and said that I will now return the debit orders. Now they handed over the account. What can I do?
