Very Bad Service at Telkom store in Gateway

The service at Telkom Store in Gateway is pathetic , I have been calling the Consultant , he won't answer or return my calls . The store doesn't take calls , they put you on hold then cut you off . I even emailed the consultant but no response . Telkom needs to hire people who wants to work . I am very disappointed .
