Very bad Service at Telkom Irene

Today I went to Telkom Mobile In Irene. I wanted to open 2 new contracts, I hade all the documentation needed but they would not assist me. I made an effort to get all the necessary docs. I feel the staff have no clue how to properly check documents and answer basic questions. The manager there did not even once come out after the consultant went to the back to ask. I like Telkom but will never go back to the branch at Irene. Today was the worst experience I have ever had in a retail store. I don't feel valued, It seems the people there don't need my business anyway.
