Very bad service at Telkom

I have a problem with Telkom and no one cares. I have written numerous E-Mails, went to Telkom Shop, called their Call centre, posted on their social media but I am still left without service. I did SIM SWOP on the 16th July 2021,when I got home the SIM Card was not working. I informed Telkom and was told that it will be sorted within 72 hours. I am still stuck with a non working SIM Card and yet I am paying . Here are my Reference numbers ***, ***,***,*** & ***
