very bad service and a ******* at all costs until you complain

no communication with clients when disconnecting, increasing lines ***** money from clients by charging/billing clients for undue costs and increasing contracts premiums without communication they now chose a fibre package for me against my will and request and now forcing me to pay for it or they disconnect my fibre they don’t even care about their clients because they know they are so far the most affordable
