VERY BAD SERVICE! ABSOLUTE WORST! AND *****S!

Very bad service. We relocated drom Cape Town to Pretoria last year and requested the transfer of our service to our new house.

It was never transferred. Yet we still got billed for it.

We phoned them weekly to request the transfer again and still they didnt do it and we got billed again.

We then asked for the cancellation of our service seeing as they are in breach of their contract terms. They promised that they would cancel it once we lodge the cancellation requests online. Which we did.

Now 10 months later, we still get billed every month. They have suspended our service due to non payment but we have not had any service since July! The contract has run out in January but we are still being charged... they refuse to cancel this!

This is pure ***** and they are *****s.

None of my family and friends will ever use Telkom due to this awful service!
