very bad service

Telkom never took a debit order in November on my new contract, then December they try to take a debit order on a date i never agreed on, January they take a debit order on the 18th - whom do ever gets paid on the 18th, then blocked my phone, but took the right debit order on the 28th as i agreed on, it is the 4th of February and the account is still blocked, cant get the money allocated from Nudebt, they have all the money for the account and i cant use my phone as nobody seems to get the money allocated to my account, absolutely the worst service ever.
