Very bad service

I have experienced the most bad serivce with the insurance that you are using for your customer's cell phone insurance. I made a claim and submitted my claim form for a lost phone on the date 09/11/2020 to a gentleman called Justin Barends who worls for Admin Plus Insurance.

But to my suprise the gentlemen never responfed back to me till today to tell me when are they replacing my phone which is covered by them for theft and lost devices.

I am not happy at all about this and its not professionalism on Admin Plus Insurance to keep customers in the dark for so long and never even responding to any of my follow up emails.

Let it be known to Telkom what bad services your customers are facing with this cellphone insurer Admin plus...their call center is the worst you'll keep waiting for a consultant for even an hour with no one attending to you,its like non existant. Ps Shadrack Subusiso Morebudi ***
