Very bad service

<p>Telkom moved my line from one house to another and promised that everything whould be worrking the same day. Since Friday I have no internet and the people working at Telkom cannot sent out a Technician as new call has to be logged and then it would take 7 to 15 days. But my call has been logged for the 26th and they did not finished the job. Poor service. </p>
