Very Bad service

<p>I was on a contract with telkom and on my last month to pay installment I received a call for an upgrade and I did not accept it but the next thing freeme contract was implemented in my aim card though I did not accept it. When I phone to ask about I given a run around. Very bas very poor service showing desperation to hold customers </p> <p> </p>
