Very Bad Service

<p>Disgusted with the service rendered at Telkom mobile Parow centre, have app**** for a handset and is waiting more than a month for some kind of communication, my son and I went to the store again to follow up, and was given looks from the consultant with a dumb look on her face. Totally disgusting lack of Customer service, what are they getting paid for, seems like they can't be of any assistance. I would like an explanation as to why I haven't received any feedback from the consultant until today. </p>
