Very Bad service!!

I had to book out a day to be at my house all day long so that Telkom come and install my land line.<br> The sent me a sms to say they are coming with a order number: ***.<br> <br> I they didn't pitch the whole day!! I tried calling but they are to busy at the call centre so I didn't get through. <br> No following up on me <br> No sorry we didn't make it.<br> No Nothing!! <br> And my day wasted!!!!!<br> <br>
