Very Bad Service

<p>I tell my ISP provide to tell telkom to fix my line and I well get a sms with in 24 hours if not call my ISP tell them so they can to escalate the matter and obviously Telkom has not come and pics the line within one week I still did not get an SMS and when I do get SMS It was on a Saturday saying that the line was faulty or fixed and I rep**** back to say still faulty , lady from Telkom phoned me and i tell her it not fixed because I did speed test with Telkom and another provider and still it's not being fixed as I tell her I was off wensday so he can come early morning but still not done now it 3 weeks ago as telkom is rated nomber one in South Africa and the only 1 with the Bad service in Zulu National with place order or fixing</p>
