VERY BAD SERVICE...

<p> On the 26th of july 2016 I received two sms's for two different Telkom numbers I use, the sms's said that if I buy a 5GB night surfer for R299 I would receive 5GB night surfer for free, long story short I bought the data and I did not receive my 5GB night surfer as promised. after numerous calls and emails to a number of different people, I still have not received a credible solution. they have closed the case on numerous occasion as resolved, but have never contacted me to tell me the case was closed and what the outcome was. I have since called Telkom and spoke to so many people and I have so mane different reference numbers. the last answer they provided was the 5GB was loaded in September and was only valid for 7 days, I was never notified that data was loaded and why only seven days. nonetheless I requested proof that the data was loaded to my number as I have no knowledge or proof that I received said data, I have still to receive proof, I recently phoned Telkom on 2 occasions requesting proof of the data and I am still waiting, its like they just don't care,,,maybe they don't?</p>
