Very bad service

<p>With the fluding on the 16 Nov 2016 in Johannesburg and Thunderstorm the next day in Benoni. My land line and wi-fi not working. I phoned in and the land line was fixed only on the Saturday and to date I ceep on following up on my wi-fi that's not working and I get al deferent stories and promises when I phone in and my Internet is still not working. The service received with the empty promises and clearly don't know what is going on.</p>
