very bad service

<p>Another week has passed and Telkom have still not contacted me regarding the delivery of my 5gig data bundle that was supposed to take 3 to 4 working days.It is now 4 to 5 weeks and not one single phone call in that time.Ihave to phone them just to be told lies,this is totally unprofessional</p>
