Very bad service

<p>We've moved to Newlands on the 1st July and phoned telkom to connect our ADSL line. They said that we must wait 7 working days which we did. After the 7 working days we've phoned again to ask what is the hold up, the guy could not tell us and said they will send someone in that week. The week gone passed and no one pitched. So we went in to telkom ( Claremont) and the guy said we must wait again 7 working days so wr did. After the 7 working days we went back and then he told us they wil send someone in that same week. No one pitched and we are still waiting. This is ridiculous!!!!! it's now 5 weeks and we are still waiting. How difficult is it to send someone out for a 5 min job!!!! </p>
