very bad service

<p>I took my phone for repairs at Telkom Mobile Somerset Mall. I dealt with a guy by the name of Jaryd. He asked me if I can bring the charger because at the repair centre they might return the cellphone without being examined just because it doesnt have a charger. I brought back the charger the following day and I personally gave it to him. </p> <p>Few weeks after my callphone was returned to Somerset West Direct store, I went to fetch it, unfortunately Jaryd was no there and Selwyn assisted me, he gave me back my phone without a charger, I asked him about a charger he said it was not with the phone, he tried to call Jaryd who didnt pick up the call at the time, he sent him a text with my details and asking him about the charger. Even today I have not received any reply from them. I have been trying to call the store since last week not even once they pick up the call. </p>
