*Very Bad Service !!!!*

I had an account with them and I closed it. They still say I owed them money, every time they tried to deduct that amount and bounced back they charged R205 fee, and they add that amount to the balance, and mind you no one advice me about the amount that was left unpaid. How do you close an account that is not settled??!!. I had to find out when I do a credit check. They are so bad with their service I am never taking anything them ever again !!!.
