Very bad service

<p>I have app**** for a contract before, my cae went cold as i never received feedback.</p> <p>Recently i went for an upgrade on my existing contract, same thing is happening, no feeback. I hold contracts from other providers and withing a day of upgrading i got my device or at least feedback.</p>
