Very bad service

Good day. This account they still sent me numerous times. Telkom never installed the device or any line. We app**** but the services where never installed. We contacted telkom numerous time then they sent my emails stating the the service has been cancelled and still you keep on sending me account and that they are going to hand me over to you.
