Very Bad Service

I received a great deal from Telkom Mobile a week ago. Since then its been one problem after another. Firstly the lady helping us forgot to call ua for the porting. Went back 3 times that she was not there. And the people working there requested that we need all the paperwork dor opening a new contract. Papeewoek that they already had! Who of us carrie all thowa documents with us?. Finnally got to someone there that was willing to help us and the prting was done a week later. Now no o e can call me from vodacom then it says my number does not exists. Im so bitterly frustrated because when you phone the Telkom services you wait approximately 30 min to get to an operator, then either they say we cant help you or they drop the line. I am so disappointed and wish that I have never switched from vodacom. Problem persists on both our contracts. Telkom has THE WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE EVER!! And i will not be switching my other 2 contracts to them.
