Very Bad service

App**** for a contract on the 11th and was approved ,debit went off my account and was told i would receive my handset within 5 working days.Today is the 23rd and ive not received any feedback from telkom despite sending emails and numerous calls.When i do manage to get through to the call centre Im told the system is offline .I must say Im a bit concerned. My contract hasn't even started and Iam already having problems,makes me wonder what the rest of my term with Telkom will be like.
