Very bad service

No service. Since last week my service is MIA. I had no problem with telkom infact I was a happy customer until recently. One of the constultants told me to add international roaming choosing via partners and that I would have internet again that was a big fat lie infact it became worse I’m using someone’s hotspot to get by. Is this the service we are promised and paying for? Can this be resolved
