Very Bad service

On the 25th /04/2018, i went telkom mobile Mall of the north to enquire about WIFI router. I walked around in the store for +- 5 minutes until i was approached by the lady called Tshegofatso Setwaba. She asked if she could help and i explained what i was looking for. She requested 3 months bank statement,Latest payslip and proof of resident and i said to her i have payslip and i wanted to check if there's address on payslip. Her response was they cannot use one document three times "Which is understandable" just after saying that she walked away while i was checking required information and wanted to get more clarity about required document in order bring everything at once when i came back. i called her again and ask why did she walk away while i was still confirming required information to avoid misunderstanding but she didn't seem to care or maybe because of my sfaety boots that i was wearing that the reason she didnt care whether i understand or not. In short " She was ******** as if she was forced to do that job.
