Very Bad service

Telkom Phoned and offered a free upgrade to fiber with no costs and a free modem & TV Box etc. I then received a sms as they wanted a R435.50 Installation deposit before they could proceed. After phoning them and waiting for about 30 minutes I managed to get through only to be told that I must pay that and that is due to a cr rating by telkom. After being with them for over 20 years . I requested some one to contact me of higher authority and no one has made contact. The offer which I know has been recorded said it was for free. Now they want to charge! Telkom you are a disgrace
