very bad service

Kindy be advised that I am a very frustrated unhappy customer. I have bought the WI-FI device in December but it was not to my satisfaction and I requested that you guys come and take it back, which you did in December 2016. To my amazement I notice that from December you have been debiting my back account with the debit order for something that you took back from me and I don’t own. Now my account is in overdraft and I don’t have funds for my debit orders as they keep bouncing, now who will pay those costs? I demand that all the debits you took off my account be returned by end of business today, I have consulted my lawyer if this is not sorted out today i will be going to the ombudsman and I will definitely put you in the paper for pathetic service. I need ACTION today or for someone to call me today. You guys are too quick to make a sale but to service your clients youll are pathetic and I will never refer you to anyone after this incident.
