very bad service

I have been Telkom client for years. never missed even one instalment. last year took another phone then they introduced me to admin insurance that they use. i lost my phone that this insurance does not want to pay out. i am working for myself on bolt and uber but without a phone i cannot do anything i am even requesting for my instalments back they not giving them to me and even after i lost my phone they continue deducting from my account.
