Very Bad Service

Telkom is a Great Network. But their Customers Service Call Center is Super SUPER Bad.. HOW DO YOU PLACE SOMEONE ON HOLD FOR 17MIN only to tell them sorry Sir. Can't assist You have to Wait 24hours then Place you on Hold again for another 7min.. I am Working from home and Cause of Their Bad Customer Experience on a Call I have lost a Days Money
