Very bad service.

Not me buying a Pura 70 at Telkom on the 16 December 2024 at Hartbee****rt dam because I was told it comes with free gifts of Airpods and a Watch. They gave me a phone only and said they need to request my gifts from Huawei. Chris the hauwei Technician/ representative at Telkom hartbee****rt dam pretended to have ordered the gifts for me, only to find that it was all an act. Evrytine I will call the store to check if they have been delivered, I was told to be patient. On the 2nd Jan 2025 I called Huawei menlyn to check if I can come collect, I was told it was not possible because the gifts need to be ordered and there was no order placed for me.
